Our story
Corner Construction was founded in 2020, marking our entry into the construction industry with our investment and project, Alter Modus. Founded by Dušan Blečić on September 11, 2020, the company began developing projects with the goal of securing the best locations—specifically street corners, which is reflected in the company’s name, Corner Construction.
Every project to date has been completed on schedule in Podgorica, within the city’s compact central areas, at the prime corners of neighborhoods. We collaborate with renowned contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers, as well as prestigious architectural and construction bureaus.
Our company’s goal is to build on the best locations. Previous projects have been carried out in the city’s dense central zones, where construction is challenging due to heavy traffic, limited access for machinery, and restricted or entirely unavailable space for material storage. We have successfully overcome all these obstacles to deliver the highest quality on the best sites.

Naše porijeklo
Crna Gora je suverena država smještena u jugoistočnoj Evropi, na samoj obali Jadranskog mora. Podgorica je glavni i najveći grad Crne Gore, smješten u Zetsko-bjelopavlićkoj ravnici, na ušću rijeke Ribnice u Moraču. Grad je administrativni, ekonomski i obrazovni centar zemlje, u kojem živi skoro trećina ukupnog stanovništva. Njegov strateški položaj, na svega pola sata vožnje od mora i sat od skijališta, čini ga idealnom polaznom tačkom za istraživanje cijele države.
